I recently dined at Juju Kappo Bar and had the most incredible experience! The Omakase at Kappo Bar was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, complete with stunning decor and impeccable attention to detail.
The real highlight of the evening, however, was the food. The Omakase at Kappo Bar is a culinary journey that showcases the best of Japanese cuisine, with each dish more delicious than the last. The chefs are true masters of their craft, and each bite was a symphony of flavors and textures. From the delicate sashimi to the perfectly grilled seafood, each dish was expertly prepared and presented with an artful touch.
The service at Juju Kappo Bar was exceptional as well, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. They were knowledgeable about the menu, offering insightful recommendations and pairing suggestions, and always made sure that I had everything I needed.

HASSUN SEASONAL SNACKS
JUJU restaurant has truly exceeded my expectations. The HASSUN SEASONAL SNACKS dish is a work of art and each ingredient comes together perfectly. The highlight of the dish for me was definitely the oyster – it was fresh, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The combination of the king prawn, wagyu, uni tofu, tamago lotus, taro, and peas added an extra burst of flavor. The presentation was stunning and the portions were generous. The overall experience at JUJU was memorable and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience.
MUSHIMONO
The Mushimono Chawanmushi is a delectable dish that is not only visually stunning, but also packed with incredible flavors and textures. The dish features succulent lobster pieces, juicy and meaty mushrooms, and is finished off with a generous amount of creamy organic eggs. Topped with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro ice, this dish is a true masterpiece.

A Family Day at Southern Hills Farms: Picking Strawberries

We visited Southern Hills Farms with my wife, our little girl and little boy, and had a fantastic day. The kids were excited to see the farm and explore the fields, while my wife and I were eager to pick some of the freshest strawberries we’ve ever tasted.
The farm is well-maintained and organized, with rows and rows of lush green strawberries ready to be picked. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they were happy to give us tips on how to pick the perfect strawberries. They also provided us with baskets to collect our bounty, and we were off to the fields.
As we made our way down the rows, the kids were having a great time discovering the different varieties of strawberries and choosing their favorites. The strawberries were plump, juicy, and had a delicious sweet taste. We picked and ate as we went, and by the end of our visit, we had a basket overflowing with fresh strawberries.
In addition to the berry-picking experience, Southern Hills Farms also has a farm store where you can buy other fresh produce, jams, and jellies made from the farm’s own crops. We also had a chance to taste some of their delicious strawberry ice cream, which was a big hit with the kids.
Tomtom really wants a cow, as the scenic route into the farm itself has plenty of farm animals to see. He wanted to know how to get a cow.
Our day at Southern Hills Farms was a wonderful family experience. We got to spend quality time together, learn about the farm and how strawberries are grown, and enjoy a fresh and healthy snack. Today marks the beginning of a new project for me, as I embark on the journey of designing and building a brand new patio. I have always had a passion for home improvement and outdoor living spaces, and I am excited to put my skills and creativity to the test.
My design for this patio includes a number of luxurious features, such as a sleek canopy to provide shade on sunny days, a sturdy structure to withstand any weather, and linear lights to create a warm and inviting atmosphere at night. I am also incorporating an outdoor kitchen, complete with all the amenities necessary to host the ultimate backyard barbecue.
I have been working on the 3-D design of the patio, and I am pleased with how it is coming together. I have attached a photo of the smooth stucco finish and the linear lights that will add a touch of elegance to the space. I can already envision the many memories that will be made on this patio.
While the patio is not quite finished yet, I am already thinking about the next steps. Once it is completed, I plan to sit around a gas fire pit with my cigars and enjoy the beautiful view. The thought of hosting a dinner party with friends and family, or simply relaxing with a book and a glass of wine on a lazy Sunday afternoon, fills me with excitement.
I am looking forward to the challenges and rewards that this project will bring, and I am excited to see the final result. I will be sure to keep this journal updated with my progress, and I look forward to sharing the finished product with all of you.

Today was an exciting day as I visited the location of an upcoming restaurant concept in the Dr Phillips neighborhood, on Sand Lake. The restaurant will be called Chima Steakhouse and it will feature high-end steaks and a beautiful covered outdoor seating area.
The location is perfect, situated on a busy street with plenty of foot traffic. The building itself has great curb appeal and I can already envision the Chima Steakhouse sign lit up at night, drawing in customers.
I took a photo of the building and the outdoor seating area, which is surrounded by lush greenery. The covered seating area will be a great feature for diners who want to enjoy a meal al fresco, while also being protected from the elements. I also took a photo of the beautiful landscaping that will be planted around the seating area.
I am confident that Chima Steakhouse will be a welcomed restaurant where people can come and enjoy a delicious steak in a sophisticated and elegant setting.

Today was a productive day in the garden. I decided to create a holder for a dragon fruit plant that will be planted in the back garden for my wife. She has been wanting to add some tropical fruits to our garden and dragon fruit seemed like a perfect fit.
I started by designing the holder in 3-D using a computer program. It was a bit challenging as it was my first time using the software, but I was able to figure it out with some trial and error. The holder will have a unique design, featuring a spiral shape that will allow the dragon fruit to grow and climb up the holder.
After completing the design, I exported it to the 3-D printer. Watching the printer work was fascinating, seeing the design come to life piece by piece. It took a few hours for the holder to be fully printed, but it was worth the wait. The final product looked exactly how I imagined it would, and I couldn’t wait to put it to use.
Next, I prepared a 4×4 post and dug a hole for it in the planter box. I inserted the post into the hole and then securely attached the 3-D printed holder to the post. The holder looked great, and I knew it would be the perfect support for the dragon fruit plant.
Finally, I planted the dragon fruit in the planter box and watered it. It was now ready for its new home and I couldn’t wait to see it grow and produce delicious fruit. I know my wife will be thrilled when she sees it, and I’m happy to have been able to make her dream a reality.
Overall, it was a fun and rewarding experience creating the holder and I am looking forward to seeing the dragon fruit plant thrive in its new home. I am also excited to use the 3-D printer for more projects in the future.

Removing and replacing stock items can be time-consuming and costly, not to mention the risk of damaging your vehicle. That’s why I decided to design a mount that fits over the existing screen, without requiring any removal or modification of the stock items.
To create my mount, I used 3D modeling software to design a custom shape and size that fits my specific needs and preferences. The process was surprisingly easy and straightforward, and within a few hours, I had a fully-fledged 3D model ready to print.
The actual printing process took a little longer, as I had to wait for the printer to finish each layer. But the end result was worth the wait – a sleek, customized mount that fits my car’s screen perfectly and holds it securely in place.
One of the benefits of 3D printing is the ability to create customized solutions that fit your specific needs and preferences. Whether you’re a car enthusiast looking to add new accessories or a designer looking to bring your creations to life, 3D printing offers endless possibilities.

Last night, I had the pleasure of having dinner with my wife. It was a particularly special evening, as I had received some good news earlier in the day that left me feeling grateful and joyful.
As we sat down to enjoy our meal, I couldn’t help but feel grateful for the company of my wife and the opportunity to spend quality time together. There is something truly special about sharing a meal and conversation with the person you love.
As we talked and laughed, I couldn’t help but feel grateful for all that we have and for the joy that comes from being with someone who brings out the best in you. As we mingled with other attendees and learned more about the work of the organization, we couldn’t help but feel moved by the impact that our collective efforts were having on those in need. It was a powerful reminder of the importance of giving back and supporting our community.
Throughout the evening, we were treated to live music, delicious food, and a variety of auctions and raffles. But the most meaningful part of the evening was the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.
